Donair Meatballs and Sauce

Donair Meatballs
- 1lb medium ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Maritime Donair Seasoning
- Mix well, form the meat into small 1" sized balls and fry on low-medium in a saucepan for about 8-10 minutes. Turn the Meatballs regularly to get an even brown coating.
- Serve with Donair Sauce on the side for a delicious treat!
Donair Sauce
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3⁄4 cup white sugar
- 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- In a bowl, mix together the evaporated milk, sugar, garlic powder.
- Next add in the white vinegar. Do not stir immediately.
- Let the milk curdle slightly, and then stir after 3 minutes.
- For best flavor results, refrigerate the sauce for at least 1 hour before using. Enjoy!
