Cheesy Garlic Broccoli
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
- 1 tbsp Cheesy Garlic Seasoning
- 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 350⁰ F.
- Defrost the broccoli on the counter or microwave, draining off any excess water.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Add more olive oil for a crispier end result if desired.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet, along with any seasoned crumbs left in the bowl.
- Bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway. Enjoy!
It's a great recipe because it uses frozen broccoli which is budget friendly. If using fresh broccoli, you may need to adjust the time in the oven.
